When you send feedback or ask for help, we store your email address, message, category and name if you provide it. These details are used to respond to your request and handle problems with the site. Submissions are private and only administrators can read them. An internal email notification is sent to the team.

Signups and orders

Signup details are used for the updates you request. Order details are used to process payment and arrange delivery. Stripe processes payments. Lovable Cloud stores submissions and Resend handles app emails. Feedback does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information through the help form. You can unsubscribe from book updates using the link in those emails. Necessary order and delivery messages may still be sent.
